LBB was originally foreclosed and then acquired by the Sharp Deals around 1984 to reduce blight in Boston. LBB consists of 103 total units and is the oldest property owned by Lena Park. All of the units at LBB are tax credit units. LBB’s buildings are located in the communities of Dorchester and Mattapan and are located on Glenway Street, Talbot Avenue, Fowler Street, Esmond Street, Blue Hill Avenue, Fessenden Street, and Wellington Hill. All the units at LBB have recently been renovated and retrofitted to conserve more energy.
